Terms & Condition

At National Design Agency, we prioritize client-relationship and humbly request each of our esteemed customers to read our Terms & Conditions to ensure there are no confusions or miscommunication throughout the process. These terms stated in this agreement are occasionally updated, as deemed necessary. In order for us to provide transparent services, all customers are requested to go through the service agreement before placing an order. If, at any point, you feel that you do not agree with the terms stated herein, please refrain from using the Site and/or Services.

REVISION POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the quality of work provided, you can always request for revisions. The number of revisions you can request depends on the is based on the service package you have selected. The number allotted will be stated in your package details and you may ask for multiple revisions until you are satisfied with the results. We do not charge any additional fee for revisions if the design concepts are not changed. All revision request will be fulfilled within 48 hours.

If any revision is requested after the logo designs are finalized, it will be considered as a new order and charged separately.

REFUND POLICY

National Design Agency believes in fair refund policy. We do not entertain any refund request for the following criteria:

  • You have selected a customized package.
  • The design concept has been finalized.
  • You have demanded multiple revisions.
  • The cancellation has been made on basis of reasons that do not relate to the service provided.
  • There has been no contact for more than 2 weeks of placing the order.
  • Company policy has been violated.
  • You have approached another company or designer for the same project.
  • You have not filled out the creative brief as requested.
  • You need a complete design change.
  • You have crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
  • Reasons like ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that have nothing to do with the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • In case of websites, request for refunds will not be entertained once the design has been approved and the website is sent for development.
  • Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to refunds.

Client are entitled to request for refunds within the 15 days of placing their order. If you have selected a service bundle package and are not satisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle. Complete money-back guarantee will only be applicable if the initial designs are rejected by the client. If additional design concepts and/or revision requests are made for the original design, and then cancelled by the client, a 33% deduction will be applied on the total billing amount for costs incurred in delivery of services, processing fee, and management/service charges.

Note: National Design Agency holds all rights to reject any order or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, client will not have the right to use any of the provided materiel; they will be the sole property of National Design Agency.

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

At National Design Agency, we strive to meet your requirements and exceed your expectations. As we believe in providing best results, each of our designs is unique, well-researched, and well-crafted. They then go through multiple quality assurance tests before being delivered.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • The complete order will be sent to client account on the date stated on Order Confirmation. A confirmation email will also be sent to the client on the complete delivery of the project.
  • The turnaround time depends on the selected package. A minimum of 2 business days is required.
  • In case of urgent order, please get in touch with our customer support team.
  • After the delivery, a copy of the finalized designs with be kept by National Design Agency in case of any misplaced order. You can always request a copy of the file by providing your order number.
